Prêt à Boire Rosé Napa Valley 2011

We are pleased to offer you Prêt à Boire Rosé 2011. This second vintage reaffirms our commitment to making a world class Rosé and proves beyond a doubt that, as Heidi said last year, "We make a delicious Rosé wine on purpose... not by accident during the wine making process!"

Pronounced "Pret Ah Bwar," this stunning French-style rose, a dry, full-bodied blend of 20% Grenache and 80% Syrah, literally and figuratively is READY TO DRINK! We picked these grapes on October 12 from our vineyards in the east Rutherford Hills AVA.

We plan to ship this wine in the spring of 2012, just in time to enjoy for the summer months.

We produced a mere 275 cases of this wine. Heidi describes this dry wine as exhibiting vibrant aromas of watermelon rind and ripe fraise des bois with rose petal fragrances. So, if you want in, secure your allocation now!

Famed blue dog artist George Rodrigue of New Orleans created an original "pink dog" for us, entitled "Bouquet of Roses," that embellishes this wine. There are 6 bottles of pink dogs in each unique acrylic case so that you can always keep a close watch on your prized possessions.

The price for Prêt à Boire 2011 is $75, or $450 per six pack, and there is a limit of one six pack of Prêt à Boire Rose per customer. Allocations will be doled out on a first-come basis.
